Place the ground pad securely on the patient’s back (must touch the skin) |

Turn on the Attiva RF system |

Set temperature to 55–58°C, time to 180 seconds per vector |

Activate the RFID chip of the RF cannula |

|
|
|

|
Connect the cannula to the RF machine and position the foot pedal next to Dr. Dora |

Procedure:

Patient positioned safely with underpads and blanket |
|
|
|
|

|
Prep area aseptically with Betadine in 3 scrubbing cycles (circular motion from center outward) |

|
|
|

|
Drape the patient with sterile adhesive drapes |
|
|
|
|

|
Local anesthesia injection using 1cc syringe (lidocaine 2% with adrenaline) |

|
|
|
30.
|
Use G18 needle to open entry port |
|
|
|
|

|
Infiltrate area with Klein solution (10cc syringe + infiltration cannula) |

|
|
|

|
Clean the RF cord with alcohol before passing to Dr. Dora |

|
|
Dr. Dora performs RF treatment

|

Each vector treated for 3 minutes, maintaining movement once desired temperature is reached |

Post-Procedure:
