Follow-Up Procedure for Dr. Dora

This procedure ensures all post-operative follow-up dressing appointments to ensure schedule precision, clear nurse-doctor coordination, clinical safety and premium patient experience that reflects our WOW-factor standard.

 

     1.     Booking dates and timings

·       All dressing appointments must be planned Tuesdays (exceptions are allowed)

·       Dressing appointments without Dr Dora must be planned during ER working hours

·       Dressing appointments with Dr Dora must be planned between 11:00-17:00

·       No ER staff or front desk may independently schedule dressings

·       In case the patient wants to book please advise them to text Dr. Doras nurse

·       All dressing appointments must be planned and booked exclusively by Dr. Dora’s nurse

·       Appointment duration must be 1hour, for all procedures

§  This duration includes preparation, medical review by Dr. Dora (if required), dressing procedure, documentation, and exit coordination.

 

    2.     Patient experience flow

·       Patient arrival

·       Registration at the reception

·       Housekeeping greets patient with the welcoming shot

·       Patients are guided to ER reception

 

    3.     Clinical Dressing with Dr. Dora

·       ER nurse prepares patient

·       ER nurse informs Dr Dora’s nurse that the patient is ready

·       Dr Dora joins dressing room, inspects the wound and gives instructions to the nurse

·       Dr Dora leaves to maintain schedule discipline

·       ER nurse completes procedure under Dr Dora’s instructions

 

    4.     Communication protocol

·       ER nurse communicates through Dr. Dora’s nurse for timing coordination

·       ER WhatsApp nursing group is always available for any matter

·       Natasa, Dr. Dora’s practice manager, is always available on 0585708282

 

 

Notes:

 

  • Always greet patients by name with calm confidence and a warm, composed demeanor

  • Avoid rushed behavior

  • Always ensure privacy
